montanas BBQ & bar case study

Brand's Objective

   Montana’s BBQ & Bar sought to increase foot traffic and engagement across three key initiatives: driving consumers to restaurants during the Summer Ribfest, promoting their patios with a “BBQ and Chill” theme as the weather warmed up, and reintroducing Montana’s as the perfect venue for sports viewing parties. Their objective was to leverage influencer marketing to create buzz and connect with target audiences in a meaningful way. 

Our Solution

    EQ Agency managed 100% of Montana’s influencer marketing for these campaigns, handling everything from strategy and creative direction to influencer outreach and content execution. For the Summer Ribfest, we engaged popular food creators to highlight Montana’s signature ribs. For the “BBQ and Chill” campaign, we collaborated with family and foodie influencers to showcase Montana’s patios as the ideal summer hangout. Finally, for the Viewing Party campaign, we partnered with lifestyle and sports influencers nationwide to position Montana’s as the top choice for enjoying sports and BBQ with friends and family. 

Campaign Results

 The comprehensive influencer campaigns led to remarkable outcomes. The Summer Ribfest generated over 3 million views with a 3.5% engagement rate, successfully driving consumers to Montana’s restaurants. The “BBQ and Chill” campaign achieved a 5% engagement rate, boosting patio attendance. The Viewing Party initiative garnered over 1 million views, effectively reestablishing Montana’s as the go-to spot for sports fans. EQ’s management of all aspects of influencer marketing ensured a cohesive and impactful campaign execution across the board.
